Our guarantee

Every item in this store is custom printed just for you when you order it. If anything arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we'll replace it for free — no return shipping, no hassle.

How to request a replacement

1. Use our contact form or email hello@recessandrally.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
3. We'll review it and send a free replacement. In most cases you can keep the original item — there's no need to ship anything back.

What we can't accept

Because each item is made to order for your school, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please double-check the size guide on the product page before ordering — and if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
